Effective Date: September 27, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Pro Spa Solutions Inc (“Pro Spa Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, contacting us, or approving work, you agree to these Terms.
We provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for residential hot tubs/spas (all brands/models). Service scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed at booking or on-site after diagnosis.
You must be present or provide safe access to the hot tub and related equipment/electrical.
Clear the work area (snow, debris, pets) and ensure power/water are available.
Missed appointments or inaccessible sites may incur a call-out fee.
On-site diagnosis may be billed as a service call.
Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change if additional issues are found.
Parts may require prepayment/deposit.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the visit (cash, card, or approved methods).
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee and any special-order parts may be non-refundable.
We may use OEM or high-quality equivalent parts.
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply to parts; their terms control replacement or repair.
Special-order parts are subject to supplier availability and lead times.
We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on repairs we perform unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not cover:
Pre-existing issues not addressed during our repair
Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or damage from freezing, electrical faults, flooding, or acts of nature
Third-party work, owner-supplied parts, or issues outside the repaired component(s)
If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll arrange assessment and remedy.
Provide accurate information about symptoms, error codes, prior work, brand/model, and site conditions.
Maintain proper water chemistry and follow care instructions after service.
Turn off power when asked and follow any safety guidance provided by our technician.
Hot tubs involve electricity and water. If we consider conditions unsafe (e.g., faulty GFCI, damaged wiring, unstable decking, severe leaks), we may refuse or pause work until hazards are remedied. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing unsafe conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Spa Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use or enjoyment). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may document work (notes/photos) for quality, training, and warranty purposes. We won’t publish identifiable customer images without consent.
By contacting us, you consent to receiving service-related messages (calls/texts/emails). You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy (see site footer or policy page). The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
