Joël at Pro Spa Solutions really cares about his customers, best service ever.

My hot tub pump broke, winter, -15C, serious risk to the equipment. Joël came on short notice, figured out the issue, emptied the tub, cleaned out the mouse mess inside the cabinet, ordered a pump (on a Friday) and when it came in late Monday, returned on Tuesday to install it and set everything back up, including some additional insulation in the cabinet to replace what the mice had eaten, and including lending me a hose to refill the tub (mine were locked away for winter).

In between figuring out the problem and the pump arriving (was over a weekend), the weather was dropping to -20 at night, so he came back again on Sunday with a heater that he installed to protect the pipes from freezing up.

Joël went well above expectations and saved my hot tub investment, and it's back to perfect running order, so happy. I highly recommend him for any hot tub/spa repairs and service. He apparently also sells used reconditioned spas, too, in case anyone needs to save some $ on a new purchase.
